Our postpartum programme provides compassionate, non-judgmental support for mood changes, intrusive thoughts, bonding difficulties, and the overwhelming adjustment to new parenthood. We combine individual therapy with partner/family sessions to build a supportive recovery environment.

The fourth trimester is a critical but often overlooked recovery period. Our sleep and recovery programme helps new mothers establish healthy sleep patterns, manage fatigue-related anxiety, and navigate the physical and emotional demands of early parenting. We use cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) adapted for the postpartum period.
